CLASS LEVELS:


Here is a very brief summary of each class level


FLIP 1 - BASIC tumbling class.  Everything from basic shape positioning to learning cartwheels and round offs. This class level is designed for students ages 6 to 7.


FLIP 2 - BEGINNER tumbling class.   Review of positions, learning stronger cartwheels, roundoffs, walkovers and back handspring work.  This class level is designed for ages 8 to 18.


FLIP 3 - INTERMEDIATE tumbling class.  Must have strong round off and strong bridge kick over or walkover on floor and back handspring on Tumbl Trak to be in class.  Continuation of back handspring and round off back handspring work as well as front handsprings.  This class level is designed for ages 8 to 18.


FLIP 4 - ADVANCED tumbling class.  Must have round off back handspring on floor to attend.  Continuation of back handspring technique.  Introduction of tucks and combination of multiple standing skills connected.  This class level is designed for ages 8 to 18.


FLIP 5 - ADVANCED tumbling class.  Must have round off back handspring back tuck on floor to attend. Introduction to layouts.  Continuing work on standing pass technique and standing tucks.  This class is designed for ages 8 to 18.


TWIST 1 & 2 - ADVANCED tumbling class.  Must have clean layout on floor to attend.  Introduction to twisting skills and whips.  This class is designed for ages 8 to 18.
