About Parties

Our parties offer one hour of gym time in our big gym area followed by 30 minutes of food, cake and/or present unwrapping in our party room (Flip & Twist DOES NOT supply food or cake, but you are welcome to bring it). Our party room consists of tables, chairs, tablecloths, decorations, and a birthday banner. If you would like to supply your own themed decorations, they are absolutely welcome!
